The Batch We Did Not Sell
Last spring, one batch of tea looked fine. The color was right. The aroma was there. But the moisture test came back at 5.5%. Our limit is 5.0%.
Half a Percent
Half a percent. That's less than a drop in a cup. But over time, that half percent would turn into dull taste and flat aroma. So we said no.
